Making A Purchase
The CD Manager no longer accepts orders for export from the UK via this site. For info on how to order email exports@thecdmanager.com.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Please ensure you have read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our site:

1. Our prices are set out on our website in GB Pounds Sterling. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order. .

Prices remain in force until we publish new prices on our website.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, mistakes can sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered we will contact you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as being cancelled. If the order is cancelled, we will refund any money which you have paid us.

2. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund.

3. Postage will be added to your order at the time you use the checkout.

4. We ship all orders placed before 11:00 am the same day. CD Library Delivery is normally 2 days from order. We use Parcelforce Worldwide for the CD Library, deliveries they quote from 2 days upwards dependant upon the delivery address . You will be advised of any delay or if the item is not available on the site. Where you require the item on short notice i.e.: a birthday present, please contact us ASAP in order for us to process your request.

5. Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.

All our credit card transactions are processed through Worldpay or Paypal for enhanced security.

6. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us in writing. In the case of non-delivery please wait 21 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please ensure to record the carton damage when you sign to receive your delivery.


7. Use of email, delivery address's we will contact you to let you know that your order has been shipped and when you can expect delivery. We may in the future send you details of new products, special offers etc. These will be restricted to a maximum of 2 per year this may be by email or snail mail. We do not share your details or sell them to anyone.

8.Trade names and Trade Marks Trade names and marks (other than The CD Manager) are not always indications of manufacturers but may also be indicative of general use systems and machines associated with such products. In the case of component purchases, Customers requiring a particular brand of product should check with The CD Manager the manufacturer of component it is proposed to supply.


Returns

How do I return an item? Simply email your request to returns@thecdmanager.com stating clearly the reason for the return. We will then contact you. To give you a few pointers on how we manage our returns, here are some simple and easy to follow guidelines:

Faulty or defective items: If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, you are responsible for any other service provided to you in connection with your purchase, e.g. gift wrapping. The item's must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Change of mind: Goods returned to us because of a change of mind must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The item's must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Perishable goods: We are unable to accept returns of perishable goods. Goods that include software: Any item which includes software must be returned with the software unopened.

Returning a gift: We are happy to exchange faulty or defective products that have been sent as a gift. If a refund is required however, please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

Items lost in transit: We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit: as you are responsible for returning the item(s) to us, we recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery.

Refunds, replacement and exchanges: Refunds For items that are defective or faulty and sent back to The CD Manager within 30 days or the result of a Change of mind and sent back to The CD Manager within 30 days, a refund, replacement or exchange will be processed within 7 working days of receipt of the returned item's by The CD Manager. A refund will be made in the same form of payment that was used to make the initial purchase where possible. Please note that item's that are returned to us that are not due to our error will have the return shipping costs and credit card transaction costs deducted from the refund.

After one month of use, the right to a product replacement/refund ends and instead we offer to repair any products that may develop a fault. Please be aware though, that it may not be The CD Manager that actually carries out the repairs.

Please note, in all instances The CD Manager shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling All goods purchased from our site are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 hrs GMT
Delivery Schedule We ship all orders the same day when placed before 11:00 am. We will normally send your order to you in 1 business day. The CD Manager no longer exports via this site. For info on how to order email exports@thecdmanager.com.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. Worldpay and Pay Pal handle all our credit card transactions and we do not get or need to see your credit card details. We will only ship to the credit card address. Arrangements for delivery elsewhere need to be confirmed / requested by email with contact details etc included
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Should you have any problems with any of our products please contact us asap. The CD Manager is an importer and distributor of Dacal Technology Corporation. The warranties that we provide with these products are supported by the manufacturer. These warranties are not transferable are are limited to the purchaser in the first instance only. Where we supply wholesale the warranties are covered for 12 months from the date of purchase. We do not sell 2nd hand / 2nd user products and we do not provide support. If you purchase a machine through another company ensure they can provide the support you need.
